Anyone with kids knows that you can make all the plans in the world and all it takes is one, or in our case three, kids to muck it all up.
Saturday morning the CFO and I were enjoying some time being able to talk without any interruptions from our three little blessings:) Jackson was playing a game on Nick Jr., Addison and William were playing nicely upstairs. Wait a minute…. they were playing too nicely! They were WAY too quiet.
I ran upstairs to see them trapped in their play room closet.
They had just helped me clean up the play room earlier that morning and they asked for me to leave the door unlocked. They promised to make good choices… riiiiiiiight:)
So the CFO took Jackson out to do some shopping for the Triplets, get lunch and ice cream. William and Addison sat or stood for three hours watching me clean up their mess. Why did they not help you ask? Well, that would be fun. Staying in one place for three hours while Daddy puts half of your toys and stuffed animals in black trash bags to give to other kids is NOT fun:)
Oh well, just another day in Paradise!
I have never met a man so ignorant that I couldn’t learn something from him.
